Global Investigations Limited was set up in 1994 by lead investigator Jack Roberts and are notable for cross border investigations. Global undertake work on behalf of numerous clients within a wide range of industries such as National Governmental departments, local government as well as working for many High Street banks (Lloyds and Barclays), national associations (Credit Protection Association) and many blue chip businesses.

Global Investigations Ltd is the first investigation agency back in 1995 to offer tracing online and then 6hr tracing of urgent locates and skips, and then in 1997 were the first UK agency to offer support based tracing where the subjects were located and put in telephone contact with their immediate clients to their benefit. Then in 2004 were the first PI agency in the UK to set a background checking department.
